Wheat malt and Motueka hops may be the last ingredients you’d expect to find in a “pilsner,” but this playful take on a bright, classic lager provides some distinctive new world flavors in an old-world beer. Motueka hops are added late in the boil, lending to a nice lime-zest character. German wheat malt adds a bit of tartness and soft, creamy mouthfeel.
