A single-hop blonde ale brewed with centennial hops. Notes of citrus (especially grapefruit) backed up by both some floral and herbal undertones.
A single-hop blonde ale brewed with centennial hops. Notes of citrus (especially grapefruit) backed up by both some floral and herbal undertones, especially as it warms. Detectable bitterness, but not overwhelming. Slight honey sweetness from caramel malt, but finishes bone dry. Brewed as a private-label release for Southwest Brooklyn Industrial Development Corporation’s Sunset Swing XVII in May 2017.
