Beer Description
It is a mixed fermentation beer contains Pale and Pure Lambic. Aged in oak barrels for 12 months and 12 months in the bottle, so it is a seasonal beer, only produce once a year, hence the name is September. We love this beer for before meals, and drink it with strong cheeses, olives and seafood or seafood. Recommended use in jug, thus a good oxygenation of beer.
