Beer Description
This is an enhanced version of our Buckled Clover sweet mead that has been rested in a Doc Porter’s bourbon barrel. Take note of oak, light vanilla and cinnamon that complement the wonderful blend of clover and buckwheat honey that boasts a medium-full mouth feel. The aroma maintains hints of clean hay, freshly cut grass, subtle muscadine and scuppernong balanced by rich, dark honey.
