Beer Description
Back in December our friends at Pour Vous gave us a select barrel from their single barrel pick Four Roses Bourbon. We brewed our Batch 150 American Strong Ale on January 1st as our first high gravity beer. After fermentation we filled the barrel with this beer and have been aging it nearly 7 months.
