In collaboration with Society of Northeast Ohio Brewers this classic British golden ale brings a “best of both worlds” approach to pale, bitter, aromatic ale.
Brewed in collaboration with local homebrewing club Society of Northeast Ohio Brewers (SNOBS) president Andrew Mitchell, this classic British golden ale brings a “best of both worlds” approach to crafting a pale, bitter, aromatic ale. The combination of simple, classic ingredients in the form of the finest British Maris Otter malt, Styrian Goldings and Equinox hops, and a beautiful London-style ale yeast produces a brilliant pint. Unfined, it pours with the slightest hint of haze, a burnished yellow with finely-textured white head. The aroma bears fruit, pine, wet heather, and caraway spice intensity, followed by hints of pear and peach from the yeast. Roundly refreshing, it finishes dry and crisp, plenty “more-ish.”
