Beer Description
This is our very first, “big batch”. We ran it through three brewing software calculators that all told us that we would end up with a standard IPA. Lucky for us, and you, the efficiency was greater than expected. We ended up with a double. By hopping this beer later in the boil, we are able to create the perfect balance between hop flavor, bitterness and aroma. This beer will shine with a spicy/robust meal or an after dinner cigar.
