Our single-hop rye pale ales are created to showcase the flavor and aromas of individual hop varieties.
The grain recipe is kept the same and only the type of hop is changed from batch to batch. Nelson Sauvin is a hop native to New Zealand that has a bold, fruity flavor similar to Sauvignon Blanc grapes.
