Beer Description
The Mendoza Line is the batting average below which you don’t belong in the Majors. If you can’t clear the Mendoza Line, sorry friend, you ain’t ready for prime time. Work on that swing for a year and try again. Big DIPAs are a similar test for breweries: can you bang out a loud, delicious, balanced DIPA for the people? Or will you crack under pressure? No number of well executed classic styles will keep you in the Big Leagues without bringing the hops when the people demand it. So here’s the hops: Simcoe and pacific jade. Lotsa passion fruit, little bit of OJ, definitely got that darkness.
