Beer Description
This cleverly named beer is made only with El Dorado hops, a crazy amount of them, but in a twist we only put them in the beer post-fermentation! Cutting edge hop-utilization action right here. We used the Sacch yeast (East Coast IPA yeast) to lend a little complexity to this simple hop bill and the results are stunning: lemons, lemons, tea, mint and orangina.
