“A Yeast and Hop Driven Beer
Snake Jazz is a New England Double India Pale Ale. Generous amounts of Citra (Citrus/Resin), and Mosaic (Ripe Fruit), El Dorado (Stone Fruit) and Lotus (Orange/Berry) hops were used to achieve its Dank Fruit Aroma and Citrusy Stone Fruit flavor. Unlike the East Coast versions; however, ours has the initial juicy character, but finishes satisfyingly dry. The London yeast provide the signature Tropical Aroma and assist oats and wheat for the sought after haze and soft mouthfeel. Itβs medium-bodied with medium carbonation. Flavor intensity: High”
