Beer Description
In the glass, a bright white head sits atop a hazy, un-filtered straw-colored pour. Initial aromas of lemon zest and white pepper give way to melon rind and a subtle earthiness. Upon sampling, freshly harvested wet hops take center stage. A mild pine-like woodiness is buffeted by intense aromas of honeydew melon and a lingering bitter finish.
