Beer Description
For this pop-up limited can release we teamed up with The Wine Source to create a tribute to everyone’s favorite sales rep, Mr. Rob Yorke! We thought that the perfect beer to pair with Rob’s scaled up personality was a scaled up version of our popular Dust Up Pale Ale. The malt bill is comprised of a big portion of flaked wheat and oats for a soft and inviting mouthfeel. Aggressive additions of Mosaic and Simcoe lupulin powder result in an incredibly aromatic burst of citrus hops with a juicy and resinous flavor profile. Citra hop additions provide grapefruit, melon, passion fruit and lychee flavors and aromas.
