A freshly poured beer is highly carbonated and bronze colored with a nice, thick off-white head.
As a Bière de Garde, Acadie offers the style’s prominent malty aroma. Malty with an underlying caramel sweetness, Acadie finishes medium-dry. The restrained use of continental hops provides its balanced hop bitterness. The restrained use of elegant Strisselspalt and Saaz hops offer a perfectly balanced bitterness with a very discreet hop aroma. Acadie is our summer/fall seasonal beer.
