This is a polished, complex, dry and clean finishing beer that balances a pleasant bitter, fine hop aromas and robust malt flavors.
A classic Pilsner in the northern German tradition, a little bit more bitter and dryer than the southern cousins.
Pilsner stems from the Czech city of Pilsen, where this king of lager beers was invented in the I SOOs to end a revolt against bad local beer. A Bavarian brewer created a pale golden, delicately bittered lager. So good that it eventually became Europe’s favorite beer. Like its ancestor, our Pilsner is crafted from noble hops and heirloom malts from prime acreage in Bavaria to shine in perfect balance.
