This is Erica’s recipe, and the last beer she brewed with Freewheel before she skipped town.
Bright fruity hop aroma with notes of biscuit.
Smooth mouthfeel transitioning into a crisp hop bitterness.
This is another delicious Pale Ale on keg.
Ingredients: Maris Otter malt and Oats. Horizon hops for bittering, with late addition Chinook and Centennial hops for aroma and flavor.
