Pilsner malt & wheat, yuzu & kumquat, Sacch Trois yeast. Brewed with our good friend & Momofuku Milk Bar’s R&D Pastry Chef extraordinaire Sarah Wimberly. Her goodbye note as she leaves for Hawaii, a portion of the proceeds from this beer will be donated to help relief efforts in Puerto Rico.
