A wallop of Hops hits your taste buds for an assertive Hop bitterness followed by juicy fruit, citrus and pine flavors bursting from the background.
This one starts off with a nice soft Malt profile from the use of Weyermann Pilsen and Simpsons Golden Promise Malt. Then, the wallop of Hops hits your taste buds for an assertive Hop bitterness followed by juicy fruit, citrus and pine flavors bursting from the background. We used Citra, Mosaic, El Dorado and Ella hops. It’s been a while since we’ve made such a massively hopped Double IPA that’s surprisingly drinkable.
