Beer Description
Brewed in collaboration with award-winning homebrewer Tyler Smith for the 2012 Great American Beer Festival Pro-Am Competition, Buddha’s Hand Pale is an American-Style pale ale brewed with the exotic Buddha’s Hand citrus. A combination of American pale and crystal malts, a touch of honey malt and torrified wheat give a smooth malty balance to the hearty additions of Citra, Simcoe, and Amarillo hops. The hop aroma is complimented by the big citrusy character of the Buddha’s Hand citrus fruit.
