Beer Description
A comforting base of chocolate flavors and aromas is sliced by the spicy sensation of rye, giving the beer an edge.
Our Chocolate Rye Porter is a showcase of the potency of rye and specialty malt. This beer is a collaboration with our good friend and homebrewer, Tim McDonald. When it came time to decide on a name, Travers Brothership, the headline group for our First Octoberfest celebration, chose to honor band member lan’s Mclsaac’s wise late uncle, Sethrow “Prem” Evans, AKA “Space Captain”, who said, “Manifest your reality, you are the master of Time and Space.” This collaboration beer is best served with live music!
