Beer Description
The flavor is of Caramelized pumpkin, with fruit. Aged for almost a year in the wood.
This Ale was made a bit differently than the normal All Hallows ale. A Belgian yeast was used, this contributes to it’s spiced aroma. We decided not to add Cinnamon and the other spices to this Imperial all hallows ale because of this. The Bourbon barrel adds such a nice aroma of vanilla we did not want to cover it up.
