This brew features herbal notes from the Northwest Cascade hop, highlighted by a modern IPA bitterness from Simcoe. The finishing hop, Crystal, adds zesty grapefruit-spice notes. Overall, the intense citrus synergy of the dry hop is delicately balanced by a mild malt backbone of residual honey-caramel sweetness.
