Beer Description

Brewed to crush, this bone dry American Pale Ale has low/moderate bitterness and assertive hop flavor and aroma.
Very well-attenuated, it’s body comes from Red Wheat and Huskless Crystal Oat Malts. Standard 2-Row base malt keeps the body, color, and malt flavor restrained to let the hops shine without destroying the palate.
Speaking of hops, Citra and Cascade in the brewhouse provide classic fruity hop flavors while a 2 lb/Bbl dry hop consisting of Crystal and Hop Head Farms Experimental #069 give the beer a distinct tropical fruit and subtle melon rind aroma.
This beer was named after “Reflections of a Floating World”, a new LP by Psych-Prog-Rock band Elder. The beer will be pouring at select venues during their current U.S. tour, including New York, Boston, and of course Chicago (Reggie’s on Tuesday, 10/17). The beer can also be found in select rock bars and restaurants in our territories.
