A pale ale brewed with Copper hops, a new hop on the market with unique citrusy, yet nutty, flavor characteristics.
The first in our “Sussex County’s Finest” Beer Series to honor our hard working First Responders who are also our friends, family & neighbors, Protect & Serve is made with Copper hops, a new hop with unique citrusy, yet slightly nutty finish with a juicy backbone of flavor. Look forward to the future release of two more beers in the series (each will be part of a community fundraising event), one to honor our Fire Fighters & one for the EMT’s.
