Beer Description
A healthy dose of flaked oats and wheat provide a wonderful mouthfeel, while Simcoe and Citra hops supply plenty of fruit, citrus, and pine.
A wonderfully smooth, yet hoppy, IPA. Our Northern Aggression gets a huge burst of hop flavor and aroma from two rounds of dry hop additions: the first of which occurs during active fermentation. A healthy dose of flaked oats and wheat provide a wonderful mouthfeel, while Simcoe and Citra hops supply plenty of fruit, citrus, and pine. At almost 3 pounds per BBL, this IPA is a must on a flight.
