This yeast driven IPA is brewed with the goal of understanding how yeast esters impact different types of hops. Dry Hopped with Equanot, Azacca, and 07270.
Itβs a new IPA (name = Die Hard + the street behind us) brewed with unique yeast strain formerly classified as Brettanomyces. It produces bright, fruity esters and leaves the beer with a beautiful haze. Named after the street behind the brewery and Wade’s love of Die Hard. This yeast driven IPA is brewed with the goal of understanding how yeast esters impact different types of hops. Dry Hopped with Equanot, Azacca, and 07270.
