This hybrid beer was created and brewed with the traditional ingredients that make an Oktoberfest, but we fermented it with our Kolsch yeast strain.
Fall is almost here and so are seasonal beers. We wanted do something a little different this year and create a new style of beer. We proudly present to you “Oktober-Kolsch”. The result is a crisp, refreshing, 4.8% a.b.v. beer, just in time for autumn.
