Beer Description

Collab with Strong Rope Brewery. Brewed with all New York State ingredients. Clean, dry, and citrusy with some corn in the aroma.โ€‹

A pre-prohibition-style lager brewed in collaboration with Brooklyn’s Strong Rope Brewery. This beer is brewed solely with New York State-grown ingredients: Pilsner malt from Valley Malt, Corn Grits from Farmer Ground Flour in Trumansburg, and an heirloom hop very fittingly called โ€œNew Yorkโ€ from Pedersen Farms in Seneca Castle. Clean, dry, and citrusy with some corn in the aroma.โ€‹
