Mosaic is one of our favorite hops to use in IPAs, so we have finally dedicated a single hop iteration to itβs flexibility and flavor.
The addition of oats and flaked wheat stand up to the prominent fruit character portrayed in this beer. Hoppy, not overly bitter, and deeply flavorful.
