Beer Description
Using over two hundred pounds of fresh ginger in each batch, we’ve created a cider that is refreshing with spicy, semi-sweet and crisp citrus-acid undertones.
First developed in our Tap Room in small 20 gallon batches using only 100% fresh pressed apples with freshly sliced ginger root and orange peels, we have kept this cider true to its humble beginnings. We hope you enjoy drinking it as much as we enjoyed making it!
