Fall Cherry Gose Cider with Cinnamon, Hibiscus, Cloves & Sea Salt.
FERMENTATION PROCESS
The cherries used were all 2nds/3rds and would have gone into the waste stream. Fermenting these “ugly” fruit is a time honored tradition used by farmers for centuries to keep these ferments for rations in the cold winter months.
