Lots of orange, grapefruit and cantaloup notes stretch through this ale.
“Hop Mantis” is a celebration of our favorite time in Sonoma County, harvest time! We went heavy on ‘wet’ hops (Cascade and Centennial) picked the morning of brew day, strait from our hop yard, for a true field to glass experience. By adding the hops fresh, you get a different character from the flowers. We then double dry hopped with our cured hops. It’s a nice easy drinker that is best enjoyed fresh!
