Flaked Oats and Wheat give this hazy, NE style IPA a smooth, creamy texture. Followed up with a mild maltiness from Weyermann Pils and Simpson’s Golden Promise malts and fruity flavors, with a little bit of gooseberry and currant from Citra, El Dorado, Hallertau Blanc, Cascade, and Mosaic hops.
