“A Hop Driven Beer
Ales For ALS is a modern West Coast IPA. We minimize the malt bill to 2-Row, Oats (for soft mouthfeel) and honey malt (hints of toasty sweetness) to provide a strong, but unassuming platform for the hops. This year’s A4A blend of hops included Loral, Sabro, Simcoe, Mosaic, HBC 360, HBC 568, HBC 592, HBC 344 and produces engaging Floral aromas with an undercurrent of Citrus, tropical fruit and noble herbs. Itβs medium-bodied with medium carbonation.
