Beer Description
Our newest saison is a Collaboration with our Chef, Chris McCoy and inspired by the flavors of Southeast Asia. Brewed with coriander, lemongrass, Thai basil, kumquats and blood oranges and fermented with yeast from one of Belgium’s most respected farmhouse breweries, this complex and interesting brew is great on its own and is a perfect compliment to a diverse array of foods.
