Cowlaboration #8 with Indeed's Wooden Soul Cranberry Sour

Across the metro, Indeed will be teaming up with all Red Cow locations to release Cowlaboration #8, a Cranberry Sour from Indeed’s Wooden Soul line-up of barrel-aged sour and wild ales. This ruby red sour was aged in wood from between a year to a year and a half, then re-fermented on 250 lb. of fresh cranberries, roasted at Red Cow, and finished with a hint of hibiscus. Kicking off Red Cow’s 12 Beers of Christmas, this tart and fruity beauty will be tapped at all locations on Friday, December 1st, alongside variants of 2017 Rum King including Rum King with Dogwood’s Zamboni Cold Brew and Rum King with vanilla and Dogwood’s neon Espresso.
