Beer Description
JAM Series Track 2 is a German style sour ale brewed with malted barley and wheat, soured with lactobacillus plantarum for 72 hours, and hopped with Huell Melon and Mandarina Bavaria hops. Enhanced with Himalayan pink salt and coriander; the end result is a remarkably well-balanced sour ale, with pleasant, tart upfront flavor, a light straw color and mildly briny finish. We had a blast making this brew, and really hope you enjoy it.
