Prima Dry-Hopped Select is a draft-only version of our classic German Pils that’s been intensely dry-hopped with two Victory-exclusive varietals.
Prima Dry-Hopped Select is a draft-only version of our classic German Pils that’s been intensely dry-hopped with two Victory-exclusive varietals direct from family farms, hand selected by our brewmaster Ron Barchet for their aromatic “terroir”, imparting huge, herbal & citrusy aromatics of lavender, lemongrass and peppercorn. We’ve left this 50-barrel batch unfiltered to preserve the full dynamic range of these truly unique whole-flower hops:
Locher Tettnang: Grown by the Lukas Locher Family, these hops are selected from a field in the Strass district of Tettnang. The Strass field has consistently yielded hops with the most intense aroma and flavor of all the Tettnang region.
Schmailzl Spalt Select: Grown by Martin Schmailzl in the Jura region of Hallertau, these Spalt Select hops are known within industry circles as the best Spalt Select hops available.
