A light beer, that behind its slim body hides complex flavors.
Originally from the United States, but perfected in Canada during the Prohibition, this is an extremely light style and exceedingly easy to take thanks to the use of wheat and oats, which together help us create a very soft and silky beer. The use of hallertau hops balances but does not stand out and the yeast gives us a high attenuation, delivering a dry and crisp product.
