Beer Description
Taco day is a single hop pale ale that we make a few times a year. Not on a schedule, just whenever we find a hop worthy of being explored more in depth.
We treat Taco Day like a talent show for experimental hops that are not quite available to the market.
It gives us the opportunity to dive deeper into the hop and see what it has to offer as far as flavor/aroma etc. With the possibility of using it down the road in one of our beers.
