Beer Description
It is a very smooth and complex brew, fermented with the Wastmalle Trappist Ale yeast.
This barrel aged Belgian Imperial Stout was aged in Wild Turkey barrels for 22 months. It has a huge Bourbon and Oak nose, with complimenting flavors of vanilla, smoke, chocolate and a very fruit forward funky character from the yeast and extended barrel aging time.
