Beer Description
This concoction is highly delicate with a very slight acidity and great funk and brett character.
Very limited and highly addictive this is a blend of ale and lager beer which was fermented in wood. First, we took beer from the open fermenter that was aged for close to a year. Next, we combined that aged-ale with a wood fermented pilsner making for a great flavor. Please enjoy while it’s available!
