Concord Craft The Gov'Nah

This beer is large and in charge! It is a collaboration with our friends at New Helvetia Brewing Company in Sacramento, California’s Capital City, and is a what is known as a New-England IPA. It is “hop forward,” with complex and aromatic hops used liberally throughout the brewing process. It also has a mix of malts, giving a full body, distinct mouth feel and taste profile – but it is the look that is most distinctive. This is not some thin, pale, crystal clear hop water: it’s hazy with a yellow/orange. It is minimally filtered and unpasteurized, which allows the remaining yeast to contribute additional flavor to mix. This Double IPA is 8.6% ABV and has 80 IBUs (a measure of hops & bitterness).
