Beer Description
THAT’S RIGHT, NO SPICES! Witchfinder General is brewed to the style of a Foreign Export Stout, utilizing an English yeast strain and an unconventional addition of beech-smoked barley malt. Additionally, the mash included hundreds of pounds of local cheese pumpkins from Rota Spring Farm (Sterling, MA), which met their fiery demise by the hand of Chef Thomas Kepner in the wood-fired oven at Hudson’s own Rail Trail Flatbread!
