Beer Description
First is the aforementioned lager yeast; we casually sent back the brink of our house IPA yeast in preference for a clean fermenting and hop intensifying lager.
When looking at our Pulp series of beers we can’t look at it as a family tree. Since the nexus of each beer is the same hop aroma and flavor, all almost identical in usage amounts, we are left to consider each Pulp offering its own foliar frond launching out from behind the shield of a staghorn fern; all coming from the same heart, and never growing in opposite directions. This particular iteration, Pulp Light, is a massively dry-hopped India Pale Lager in the same vein of Pulp original, but with just two minor tweaks that flip this beer on its head.
