Beer Description
We then fermented with a German Kolsch yeast strain leading to fruity bubblegum yeast esters, a spicy, floral hop presence, and definitive honey sweetness.
We teamed up with our British Columbia friends Four Winds Brewing Company to brew this historical German style. Clean, drinkable, and authentically old-school, Kottbusser spent time hot-side in our coolship where we were added locally grown whole cone Lumberjack hops, a bit of molasses, oats, and a wallop of locally harvested honey.
