Beer Description
“Alpha Gypsy” is an IIPA on the move, fusing a West Coast malt bill and yeast strain with an East Coast style hop profile.
We created an extremely “hop forward” ale, bringing a hop wallop to the nose and keeping the bitterness on the down low. Brewed and dry hopped with Simcoe and Citra, big time dank aromas of cannabis and citrus leap out of the glass, with a slightly malty mid-palate followed by a dangerously crushable finish.
