Beer Description
Three different types of ryes, aggressively hopped throughout the boil with Simcoe, Amarillo, Columbus, and Horizon. Dank, sticky, resinous, and bitter.
Our monster rye Double IPA comprises three different types of ryes, accounting for nearly 15% of the grain bill. Aggressively hopped throughout the boil with Simcoe, Amarillo, Columbus, and Horizon hops. The kettle additions are followed with massive whirlpool and multiple dry-hop additions. Dank, sticky, resinous, and tongue-coatingly bitter. This beer has literal off-the-chart hoppiness.
