Beer Description
Brewed with carrots and sweet potatoes in the mash and dark Belgian candi syrup, nutmeg, clove and cinnamon in the kettle ‘cause we’re wacky like that. The rich raisin and spice flavors are reminiscent of carrot cake.
Brewed in collaboration with City Provisions, this deep brown Belgian Ale is brewed with carrots and sweet potatoes in the mash and dark Belgian candi syrup, nutmeg, clove and cinnamon in the kettle ‘cause we’re wacky like that. The rich raisin and spice flavors are reminiscent of carrot cake.
