AMERICAN SOUR ALE AGED IN OAK FOEDERS WITH FORRAGED PLUMS
Plum Bob spent 18 months aging in an American oak foeder followed by subsequent aging on 600 lbs. of uncultivated wild plums foraged from the hills of the Yakima Valley. Ripe plums on the nose give way to notes of strawberry, kiwi, oak, vanilla and crisp clean effervescent sourness.
